Payment Terms and Conditions
For Coaching/ Consultations bookings they require a pre full payment for any booked sessions. If you need to change or cancel your appointment this can be done by calling & providing written notice via email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and a full refund will be applied if required. If your cancellation is after the 24 hour period prior to your appointment no refund will be applied. You must be available a minimum 15 minutes to your scheduled appointment. You will be contacted if there is no answer and no notice was provided as outlined it will count as an appointment and any payment made for that appointment will be applied. There is no refunds on any consultations provided, all sales are final. Payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, and or Cash. Cdn currency for Canada and USA Currency for all other country's. The prices noted include all applicable taxes. All prices and offers are subject to change without notice.

New Vision Developments does not own or control the Material supplier(s)/ Installation Contractor(s) and therefore cannot guarantee Material(s)/ Installation(s) Contractors work or otherwise be responsible for their conduct.
Each USER agrees that New Vision Developments cannot be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage suffered by a USER as a result of dealings between a USER and a Material Supplier(s)/ Installation Contractor(s). Each USER negotiates his/her/its own contract and is responsible for all issues relating to the formation and performance of the contract.
New Vision Developments will not be able to provide any assistance in resolving disputes with a Material Supplier(s)/ Installation Contractor(s), we do not have any legal control over either the USER or the Material Supplier(s)/ Installation Contractor(s) and each USER agrees and understands that ultimately the USER and the Material Supplier(s)/ Installation Contractor(s) will have to resolve their differences through whatever method (negotiation, mediation, arbitration or court processes) they choose and or is applicable.

Coaching/ Consulting Sessions are for all curriculum's which are focused for people 13 years of age and up. Anyone under the age of 18 is required signed permission of their parent or guardian.
